Mazda presented the new generation of Mazda 6

Motorists received the first representation how the exterior of new generation of sedan Mazda 6 will look.

Conceptual car Takeri appeared a harbinger of new “six”, internally to get acquainted with which is possible these days at the international exhibition in Tokyo. The multi-door coupe with a relief radiator enclosure, “brawny” arches of wheels and light-alloy disks dimension of 20 inches at length reaches 4 850 mm, at width – 1 870 mm, in height – 1 430 mm. Thus, the conceptual model is longer than present version Mazda6 on 115 mm, is wider on 75 mm and is stockier on 10 mm.

In a motor compartment of Mazda Takeri the 2.2-litre diesel motor of ruler SKYACTIV settled down. The engine aggregated with a six-step automatic transmission, develops 175 h.p. and 420 Nanometers of a twisting moment. Thanks to presence fuel efficiency technologies Stop&Start and system regenerating kinetic energy at braking under the name i-ELOOP at a full tank of fuel the car is capable to pass of 1 500 km without a stop.
